Terms of Service

Please read over everything in this section before accepting a commission.

When accepting this commission, you agree that I, the artist, have the right to decline and cancel your commission for any reason I see fit, including, but not limited to: rude commentary, abusive behavior, or discriminatory actions and/or requests.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If payment has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.When accepting this commission, you agree that the commission process will not begin until I, the artist, have been paid in full. You agree that said process may take up to ten days - two months, starting from the exact time payment has been received, depending on my, the artist's, availability.When accepting this commission, you agree that once the commission has finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Any great changes (anything that requires me to redraw a majority of the commission) will come with an extra charge.When accepting this commission, you agree that the commission will be sent to you digitally through direct message and/or email, not physically, such as in person or through mail.You agree that I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself with in any place or site, publish books with, display it anywhere to my liking, and post it wherever I see fit.The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.When accepting this commission, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned in the above statements with no exceptions.

won't do:

• Heavy gore/body horror
• Furries
• Extreme action poses
• Mecha/full armor
• NSFW
• Complex backgrounds
• Anything I find morally wrong

WILL DO:

• Real people
• people of all types (POC, disabled, any body types)
• Couples (please specify if the characters are minors)
• Fanart
• Any human/mythical humanoid with animal ears, tails, horns, etc
• Light gore (like blood, bruises, etc)
• Tame action poses (like standing in fighting stance, jumping, etc)
• Kissing (PG13)
• Pretty much anything not in the "won't do" list, just check with me!

Note:

Props such as animals, objects, tools, may increase the price depending on the complexity.I don't currently design characters from written descriptions. If you commission me, you must already have a reference.
Picrews are okay!
I will accept Google Images, however, I won't stitch together too many photos, as that has too great a risk for errors. If you must use Google Images, please make it as simple as possible.

Please bring:

• References (at least 1 required per character)
• Your E-mail (preferably the one attached to your PayPal)
• A description of what you'd like to be drawn. Please include any small details I might miss, such as the character having freckles, scars, etc.
• If more than one person, please include their heights
• (Optional) Pose references, clothing references
• (Optional) A description of the character's personality (especially helpful if you'd like me to pick the pose)If contacting by e-mail, please include all of this information in the first initial message.
